my Likes

Hmmmm... let's see what I like. First and foremost I like to read, mostly novels. My favourite authors are Danielle Steel and Sidney Sheldon. I have read a number of books. Currently I am reading this book given to me by my brother. The title is I can't do it all. It is interesting to know what we need and what we don't need.
I also like cooking. That is my favorite pass time. Now I am the cook at home. I cook everyday. I like experimenting and creating new dishes with my family as the guinea pig... ha ha.. I am an expert in making Sugee Cake, the Eurasian style.
I also like poems and poetry. I have a huge collection and I will add them as I go on blogging.
Next, I like is playing Facebook games. I am just a mania in that.
Travelling is OK but sometimes it just takes the strain in me.
My other favorite is playing scrabble and doing crossword puzzles.
Music... hmmm it is OK if it is country and western. I am not a fan of movies but I do watch them especially on the box.
I like helping people and making friends but am always the black sheep in this as I chose the wrong friends.  I have a great number of  friends. I have young and old friends. To me, age is not a barrier in friendship. I accept everyone as they are. I don't look for status or wealth in friendship as everyone is God's children. Age, creed and status is not in my book of friendship.
I also like doing voluntary work for an organization or a church.
